1. Shipping Carriers
We work with multiple carriers, including USPS, OnTrac, Yun Express, Yanwen Express, SDH Express, and others. The carrier assigned to your order depends on factors such as the delivery destination and item type. We are unable to accommodate specific carrier requests, as our goal is to ensure prompt and efficient delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
At Five Miracle Gift, we handle printing and shipping according to the selected delivery service and carrier. However, delays may occur due to holidays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to support you in such cases, delivery timelines are ultimately subject to the carrier’s performance.
2. Business Days
A business day refers to any day excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and federal legal holidays, or days when banking institutions are closed due to government mandates.
3. Processing Time
Orders typically take 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) to be processed before they are shipped. Processing time may vary depending on the type of product ordered.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery timeframe is 12-17 business days (Mon-Fri). These are carrier-provided estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to holidays, natural disasters, or unexpected delays. We provide a tracking link for every shipment, so you can monitor your order’s progress.
5. Shipping Fees
Five Miracles Gift apply standard shipping cost: $5.99 for the each order
6. Shipping Destinations
We currenly only offer US shipping. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package.
8. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please submit a claim within 4 days after the estimated delivery date. If confirmed lost, we will cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping your order.
If the tracking states the package was delivered, but you have not received it, contact us immediately for further assistance. We recommend checking with your local post office and confirming the delivery location.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect address was provided, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs:
- $7 per item for U.S. reshipping
If the package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, we will notify you. If it was not returned, you will need to place a new order.
10. Returned to Sender
Orders may be returned due to an undeliverable address, unclaimed customs, or recipient refusal. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.
11. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking states a package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. Often, packages are left in unexpected locations. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local courier for additional details.
12. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the issue. We will either send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the situation.
