Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the order (e.g., incorrect size, wrong color, visible printing defects).

If your order does not meet these criteria, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Once an order is placed, it is sent into production immediately. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that orders cannot be canceled or modified after placement. This policy helps us streamline processing and reduce errors.

Return & Exchange Request Timeline

  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • After 30 days, return and exchange eligibility expires, and we cannot process your request.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, wrong color, visible defects).
Unused and in the same condition as received.
In the original packaging with all included materials.
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If these conditions are not met, we cannot process a return or exchange, even if the item is mailed back to us.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  3. Ship the Item
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

    • Attach the provided return label and use a trackable shipping method.

  4. Processing & Resolution
    • Once received, we will inspect the item and process a replacement or refund based on your request.
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping fees are waived only if the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipping.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:
